At DISKconnected we recognise that youth of today is a unique animal. More so than any generation... Young people are experimenting with sex, drugs, alcohol and challenging old wisdoms and values.
We feel that to take society back to ‘old values’ is not the answer to societies ills and will further alienate a new generation...

What young people need is honest information to enable them to make rational choices. Therefore the ethos of DISKconnected is not to condemn music, drugs, alcohol or experimentation but to provide a body of non judgemental information and a range of personal histories from stories to enable young people to make informed choices. This will enable young people tostay valid members of society despite their habits or shortcomings, to keep them in touch with oppourtunities and to enable them to access non judgemental training to support their personal and career development.
